Renewable energy sources prevail as a clean source and their penetration in the power sector is increasing day by due to growing concern for climate action. However, intermittent nature of renewable based-power generation questions grid security, especially when utilized solar radiation or wind flow. The intermittency can be met integration distributed resources. virtual plant (VPP) new concept which aggregates capacities various resources, handles controllable uncontrollable loads, integrates storage devices empowers participation an individual electricity market. VPP management system (EMS) should optimally dispatch its consumers. This research work proposed analyze optimal scheduling day-ahead market framework using beetle antenna search (BAS) algorithm under scenarios. A case study considered this analysis constituting resources include photovoltaic panel (PV), micro-turbine (MT), turbine (WT), fuel cell (FC), battery (BESS) loads. real-time hourly load curves are work. Three different scenarios performance technique. uncertainties irradiation speed modeled beta distribution method Weibull method, respectively. compared with other evolutionary algorithms such particle swarm optimization (PSO) genetic (GA). Among these above-mentioned algorithms, BAS shows best minimum operating cost generation.
